Originally launched in 2016 at our world record attempt Gin Jamboree, the Old School Rhubarb Gin has become a firm favourite with our customers across the UK. Made using our top quality London Dry Gin to which the flavour of local rhubarb has been overlaid to give a crisp, dry gin with the subtle flavour of fresh rhubarb.
VSOS Old School London Dry Gin was launched in 2018 and was styled to satisfy the growing demand for ‘proper’ gin that delivers both a crisp dry style, with a good boost of juniper and the subtle citrus finish. It is bottled at 50% abv and so produces a rewarding G&T when served with a thin slice of Seville orange.
Produced by youngest son of the Wilson family, Gink is the product of Jaca’s many years working on the Gin Jamboree festival bars. He spotted a gap in the market, not just for a Peaches ‘n’ Cream gin, but also for one that mixed well with premium lemonade rather than tonic water.
Gink is a full strength 40% abv gin based on a top-quality London Dry gin to which the flavour of fresh peaches has been added.
